Pyramids Hospitality Inc. is a full service hotel development and management company headquartered in Allen, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. The company was formed in December 2001 to acquire and manage mid-priced hotel properties rated three (3) diamonds by the American Automobile Association (AAA). In January 2002 Pyramids Hospitality acquired AmeriHost-Inn as its first property located in Allen, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. In March 2007, Pyramids Hospitality launched the new "Pyramids Hotels" brand specializing in Boutique hotels with a distinct touch of luxury at affordable rates, and hence the motto "affordable Luxury". The first to join the new brand was the former AmeriHost Inn-Allen after undergoing extensive restoration. The new property, known as Pyramids Hotel, is located at Millennium Corporate Park in Allen , Texas and encompasses luxuries only found in full-service hotels yet with an Egyptian flare. Pyramids Hospitality is committed to expanding the newly created brand, through acquisitions and conversions of similar existing properties.
